scared of the future

anybody hear about google's newest thing? its called street view or something--you can type in a street address and get a live view. cool stuff, but things are getting a little freaky. technology is just rolling along. i think i'm happy i'm not going to be alive in 100 years cuz things are going to get all kinda complicated....should i let the computer choose the sex of my baby? should i take this pill that will let me live forever? where does it end? it ends when we get so confused trying to navigate this maze of morality that we start making stupid decisions and we destroy ourselves, and nascent civilizations elsewhere in the universe will have a class called--thefall of earth and humkanity...

i'm scared...

my biggest fear

i don't want to die in mediocrity. i want to make a mark on the world. everyone really makes a mark--even the homeless man with no friends. someone sees him and he inspires pity or anger or sadness. i want to make a gash--want to be talked about in classrooms in a thousand years...

wouldnt it be nice

like to throw in some biblical verse just to mix it up...
