a very short story and a quote

on the bus the other day, some little skate punks took notice of my eye patch and started saying..."polly wants a cracker..." over and over. these punks were of the very young variety. once they get to be high school age, they can get a little scary, but i've seen squirrels bigger than these kids. so i got off when they got off. caught up with them, grabbed them by their hoodies(2 in my right hand, one in my left) and dragged back to my parent's garage. i decided they might learn not to make fun of people if they spent some time in a footlocker. i put the 3 of them in a footlocker(did i mention they were small) and went and made some dinner. after a couple of hours, i thought about letting them go, but decided they probably hadn't pissed or shit themselves and each other yet, so maybe all night would be better. you should have seen them scatter in the morning when i opened the foot locker and started yelling AARGH LITTLE MATEYS, WHAT DOES POLLY WANT NOW?/??

and today's quote comes from god bless you, mr. rosewater by kurt vonnegut

"hello babies. welcome to earth. its hot in the summer and cold in the winter its round and wet and crowded. at the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. there's only one rule i know of babies---god damn it, you've got to be kind."

HAVE AN AWESOME DAY
